Dispatch happens as soon as possible and usually within 7 working days. The shipping time noted below starts AFTER dispatch.

Please note:

  • Tracking is only available on Special Delivery shipping.
  • If item not received after 30 days, please contact me. This is the timeline advised by Royal Mail. In case of lost items, replacements can only be discussed when Special Delivery shipping had been selected, as Royal Mail categorises jewellery differently to other goods and may not cover loss on 1st or 2nd class shipping.
  • The delivery time is out of my hands once the item is posted. Royal Mail might take longer during busy periods like Christmas.
  • Shipping can include multiple pieces.

Europe and Northern Ireland

As of 13 December 2024, a new EU policy has become law (GSPR) that will enforce a requirement for all businesses selling non-food products to appoint an EURP to represent their business. Unfortunately, for a small business like mine, this is currently not feasible, so as much as it saddens me, I will not be able to send orders to the EU and Northern Ireland until changes or exemptions come into force.
