RETURNS POLICY

Please read this Returns Policy before ordering.

Should you discover a problem with your order, please get in touch via my contact page, stating your order number. If an item arrived damaged, please send picture proof to info@bymaracajewellery.com

I ask that you please notify me of any issues with picture proof within 7 days of delivery and return the item to me within 15 days of delivery. As a small business, I am unable to cover the return postage. Refunds can only be processed once the item is returned.

If you think the item might be lost in the post, please wait 30 days after the dispatch notification before contacting me.

All items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for any loss in value. This will be calculated upon return.

I do not accept cancellations once an order has been posted. Please start the return or exchange process instead.

Unfortunately, you cannot return custom or personalised orders or exchange them at any point or for any reason.
