Aside from jewellery, byMaraca also offers original fine art etchings.
Mostly inspired by either nature or cityscapes, the possibility of the fine lines are endless, and what looks like a fine drawing in the end is in reality a print that has gone through many steps. Despite the fact that thanks to the plates etchings can be reproduced (until the plate breaks), each print is still an original.
The processes of applying ink, rubbing it off in several elbow-grease-inducing steps and sending the plate and paper through the press are different each time, depending on timings and even the weather!
Each print in the shop is therefore an absolutely unique original. If you order a byMaraca etching, it will come in a cellophane sheet, and black/white as default. I also stock colourful prints that make each etching look even more unique. I apply my artistic experience in applying colour and finding the erfect balance for you.
