COLLECTIONS

The creative process is a wonderful thing, and I often get asked where my inspiration comes from.

This is easier asked than answered!

I am not the kind of silversmith who has a notebook and jots down design ideas on the run (or - very rarely). Mostly, inspiration strikes when I am at my bench, holding the material, and asking myself 'I wonder what happens if I....'. I love those moments!

However, I have also foudn that putting my designs into collections has helped me stay focused. It means I have a base design or two, and from those I keep trying and keep asking the 'what if' questions.

Below is a selection of my lines. It's an ever evolving list, something I hope will never stop, but if you would like a quick overview over the different types of jewellery that I make, this is a great starting point.

BASE Line

The BASE line is all about covering the basics: simple studs, simple rings, simple pendants - though nothing about their appearance is simple or basic at all! Think of them like a basic t-shirt that just goes with EVERYTHING. A must-have for everyday wear, the base line of your outfit.

CRUSH Line

Bold shapes combined with pastel colours - one of my personal favourites! Each piece of this line contains crushed gemstones (Sodalites, Morganite, Rhodochrosite, Agate and Amazonite) for a beautiful crystally mix of delicious goodness, whilst looking unusual and making you stand out from the crowd!

GEO Line

Geometric shapes and simplistic elegance are at the heart of this collection. Shaped from plain and textured wires, this line elevates any outfit with its clear lines and bold statements.

This line also includes pendants that can be worn as ring holders - ideal if you work in an environment where your rings might suffer from frequent hand washing and disinfecting.

COVEN Line

A sisterhood, coming together under the full moon. A fire, an owl crying in the distance, the smell of smoke and sweet desire mixing together - welcome to the coven!

Whether you're a green or a kitchen witch, love the serpent for its symbolism (it's not just for Halloween! For the ancient Greeks, it was a symbol of fertility and healing!) or don't mind a little howl at the moon, the COVEN collection will make you feel right at home in the spooky season (and beyond).

BUTTERCUP Line

Inspired by summer blossoms, the little dishes on each piece remind me of buttercups growing on my favourite dog-walking field. They have a lightness to them that translates beautifully into my golden jewellery - though do get in touch if silver is more your thing, and we can have a chat!

BLOCK Line

Strong shapes, strong lines, BLOCK makes a statement whilst not being loud. It underlines your argument with a mono-coloured full stop, whilst being playful in its organic shape. A spot of colour here and there is invited, but mainly the gold speaks volumes.

MEERWEH Line

‘Meerweh’ is German and means ‘longing for the sea’. This beautiful line takes sea and beach glass to a whole new level. Unusual in its designs, it treats each stone with the care it deserves, and contrasts it with the gold of the beach.

TALISMAN Line

We all need a good-luck charm every now and then. A little piece of mind because people have been believing for hundreds, if not thousands, of years that objects can hold such power. The symbols in this line are strong, be it the evil eye or the viking compass, the burning heart or the serpent.

FEMME Line
for charity

A delicate line that brings out the boobs and nips! Made with freshwater pearls, it is subtle and elegant, yet makes a statement. A statement that’s so important to me that 10% of all purchases are donated to breast cancer awareness and women's charities.

ZERO Line

Zero waste - a goal we (should) all strive for! This line uses scrap metal that I melt and reuse to make unique, simplistic pieces.

HOME Line

Everyday objects are always around us and with us. Which ones would you save from a fire, though? Which objects are part of you, because they are your passion or your hobby, the things you choose to spend time with? This line focuses on bringing joy by making your favourite items wearable.

ANTIK Line

The jewels in this line remind of long-lost times and great empires, but with a modern twist. Each item is carefully crafted and inspired by strolls through the British Museum and other collections that make you dream of the grandness of the past.
